Joel Coppin leads the Software Engineering, Business Systems, and IT teams as VP of Software Engineering and Technology at GovDocs.
Joel brings more than 20 years of experience leading engineering teams, building technology ranging from embedded process control systems and global network management systems to large-scale enterprise platforms. Prior to joining GovDocs, Joel held technology leadership positions at companies such Amazon Web Services, SPS Commerce and Best Buy.
Outside of GovDocs, Joel spends most of his time at the hockey rink with his wife and four kids. He also enjoys golf, chess, woodworking and spending time up north at the lake.
