New Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
Minimum Wage Poster

As you may have heard, The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) released an updated Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) Minimum Wage poster.

It is a mandatory update. The changes to the poster are under the section on the rights of nursing mothers to pump breast milk, due to a new law passed in 2022. The updated FLSA poster must be displayed by employers with 50 or more workers.

Please Note: Another mandatory federal poster update is likely to come in late June 2023. The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is poised to update its Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal poster. Lastly, the Family and Medical Leave Act poster also was revised in April 2023. But it is a non-mandatory update and the April 2016 and February 2013 versions still fulfill the posting requirement.
