The New Mexico Workforce Solutions Department released the new Notice on Human Trafficking posting that is required for all employers to display beginning July 1, 2014. The requirement comes from legislation (HB 181) that Governor Susana Martínez signed into law.
The GovDocs Research Department has confirmed that the Spanish version of the posting also is required for display in New Mexico workplaces. Both the English and Spanish versions – along with other postings required for New Mexico employers – are included as part of GovDocs New Mexico posting packages.
