With the Phased-in Update Program, this eyeglass retailer’s 3,800 company-owned locations were able to keep their old workplace posters until posting changes triggered new poster shipments from GovDocs.
GovDocs also provides this eyewear retail giant more than 260 sets of labor law postings for their mall kiosk locations. Recipients simply replace old postings in their workplace binders whenever a mandatory change affects them.
They reduce shipping costs by using their own carrier accounts for poster shipments.
When this home improvement retailer selected GovDocs in 2006 for its posting compliance program, they were seeking an outsourcing partner who could plug into their ordering and invoicing system and keep more than 2,200 locations compliant with labor law postings.
They use a cloud-based service called Ariba that enables suppliers like GovDocs to process electronic processing of orders and invoices for them. Being able to service an account as large as this one and other corporate-level clients who also use the Ariba system requires GovDocs to register for and remain up-to-date with Ariba and its upgrades. This flexibility allows store locations to order replacement items, and corporate finance receives the invoices it needs to track and pay in a consistent and centralized portal.
Their GovDocs Account Manager is a corporate account specialist. Day in and day out, she provides ongoing and active management of her corporate clients. She regularly supports their compliance team during internal comprehensive reviews of all locations for posting compliance and company policy document displays.
