GovDocs Introduces Poster Check

Employment Law Management Solution Verifies Location Labor Law Poster Display

ST. PAUL, MINN. (Oct. 12, 2017) – GovDocs, one of the leading employment law management providers in the U.S., announces the release of GovDocs Poster Check, the newest addition to its comprehensive suite of products.

Using QR code-based technology, Poster Check is a tool designed to give corporate HR and compliance teams – who manage labor law compliance programs across multiple states and locations – real-time, location-level visibility when new or updated labor law posters are displayed.

GovDocs posters ship to client locations with a unique QR code, which the location manager scans once the poster is displayed. Similarly, locations without mobile devices simply enter an alphanumeric code on a designated website.

Then, two things happen: the location manager gets a “Congrats!” notification, and the corporate HR/compliance team receives verification in the GovDocs Dashboard, the client-based online employment law management resource.

In addition, Poster Check reveals deeper, previously unavailable insights into a client’s labor law posting program. The GovDocs Dashboard provides HR and compliance teams a comprehensive view of which locations received a poster and whether the Poster Check code was scanned (or entered).

Whenever a posting change occurs, GovDocs ships new posters to those applicable locations. Poster Check takes the Update Program a step further for clients, providing display status whenever locations receive a poster shipment.
