Kaitlyn Weed

Kaitlyn Weed, Director of Production and Fulfillment, leads and oversees the operations of GovDocs’ warehouse facility. In this role, she pursues two of her passions – process improvement and efficiency. She applies her extensive client and account expertise to ensure GovDocs customers have the best experience in this area of the business.

Kaitlyn began her time with GovDocs as a Sr. Account Manager working directly with clients to improve internal/external processes, apply strategic analysis to compliance requirements and ensure client expectations were not just met, but vastly exceeded.

When she’s not stirring things up at the office, Kaitlyn enjoys traveling (anywhere and everywhere), relaxing with her husband and puppy and heading “up North” to enjoy bonfires, fishing and the great outdoors. She is also known for never turning down a Chocolate Chocolate Chip Nothing Bundt Cake or a Chipotle burrito.
