Kristen McCabe
Director, Client Services
Kristen McCabe started at GovDocs in April 2018 as Director, Client Services. She oversees the Account Management, Implementation, and Customer Service teams as well as ensures the overall satisfaction and retention of GovDocs’ clients. Kristen also identifies and implements process improvements to offer an optimal client experience.
Kristen’s entire career has been dedicated to client services and account management. She loves the opportunity to build relationships, delight clients and provide leadership to engaging teams.
When she isn’t in the office, Kristen loves spending time outside enjoying all four seasons in Minnesota with friends and family.
