New Federal Labor Law Poster Updates
There are two 2023 federal labor law poster updates for employers to be aware of, with the latest news coming June 14.
Most recently, on June 14, 2023, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) updated its Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal poster in both English and Spanish with formatting changes and additional information added. This is a mandatory federal labor law poster update.
In addition, in April 2023, the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) released an updated Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) Minimum Wage poster with changes due to the Provide Urgent Maternal Protections for Nursing Mothers Act (PUMP). This is also a mandatory federal update.

Federal Contractor Poster Update
Updated in June 2023, there are now two federal contractor minimum wage posters. However, determining which needs to be displayed depends on when the employer entered into, renewed or extended their federal contract.
