What is the Federal Contractor Update Program? What does it include?

The GovDocs Federal Contractor Update Program is a set of seven labor law postings required for the majority of our customers with federal contracts. It includes:

A 22” x 30” “Federal Contractor-on-One” poster with postings:

  • Employee Rights under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA)
  • Employment Rights of Government Contractors (Walsh-Healey Public Contracts Act / Service Contract Act)
  • Paid Sick Leave for Federal Contractors
  • Pay Transparency Nondiscrimination Provision

A single poster:

  • Federal Contractor Minimum Wage for contracts prior to 1/30/2022
  • Federal Contractor Minimum Wage for contracts on or after 1/30/2022

Plus, E-Verify/Right to Work (English and Spanish)

The program is available with the GovDocs Update Program, an annual subscription that provides new or updated mandatory posters to be send to affected locations whenever a change occurs.

Why is GovDocs offering a Federal Contractor Update Program?

GovDocs offers this Federal Contractor Update Program to best meet the specific labor law compliance needs of customers with federal contracts.

As a federal contractor or subcontractor, ensuring compliance with posting requirements can be daunting.  Federal, state, and specific federal contractor regulations must be met, making the process complex and time-consuming. Non-compliance risks substantial revenue loss, fines, and penalties, adding to the pressure.

What if my company needs only one or two federal contractor postings?

For customers who need a few specific federal contractor postings, we continue to offer the individual versions found in the Federal Contractor Kit:

  • Employee Rights under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA)
  • Employment Rights of Government Contractors (Walsh-Healey Public Contracts Act / Service Contract Act)
  • Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) is the Law Supplement
  • E-Verify / Right to Work
  • Federal Minimum Wage for Contractors
  • Paid Sick Leave for Federal Contractors
  • Pay Transparency Nondiscrimination Provision

 Plus, the following additional postings:

  • Department of Defense Fraud, Waste and Abuse Hotline
  • Department of Defense Human Trafficking Hotline
  • Department of Defense Whistleblower Hotline
  • Department of Homeland Security Whistleblower
  • Displaced Employee Rights on Successor Contracts
  • Employee Rights under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA – Spanish version)
  • Employee Rights for Workers with Disabilities Paid at Special Minimum Wages
  • Employment Rights Under the Davis-Bacon Act
  • Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) is the Law Supplement (Spanish version)
  • National Human Trafficking Resource Center Human Trafficking
  • Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) Discrimination
