As Production Manager, Kristin manages the production and fulfillment team. She oversees all capacity planning, which ensures we have enough staff and product to complete large poster orders, monthly poster updates and the implementation of new customers.
Kristin comes to GovDocs with 15+ years in account and retail management. She has a passion for implementing new process improvements and working to meet customer needs.
In her free time, Kristin enjoys playing with her son and daughter. She also loves reading!
