Summary: New capability centralizes company and location-specific posting information across digital labor law postings to help organizations distribute and communicate posting requirements.
Eagan, MN – GovDocs announced the launch of Fill in the Blank, a new capability within the GovDocs Labor Law Poster Program that gives organizations a single source for the company-specific information their digital labor law postings require, and applies it to every location that needs it.

Enter company-specific information once, and it automatically populates every relevant posting.
The Problem: The right poster doesn’t always ensure compliance
Many labor law postings aren’t complete until an employer fills in company-specific fields like emergency contacts, insurance carriers, and paydays. Those fields differ by location. Miss that step, and the poster on the wall isn’t actually compliant, even if it’s the right poster.
More than 150 labor law postings include fields like these.
In spring 2026, GovDocs surveyed 200 customers about how they were collecting and maintaining that information.
The responses pointed to the same gap across industries:
- 68% said keeping the information accurate and consistent across every location was their biggest challenge
- 64% said collecting and maintaining it, before a poster was even involved, was a struggle
- 80% said they wanted one way to collect, maintain, and distribute it across their locations
