ST. PAUL, MINN. (April 5, 2018) – GovDocs, one of the leading employment law management (ELM) providers in the U.S., is sponsoring and exhibiting at HR Retail 2018, April 10-12 in San Diego. A team of expert GovDocs representatives will showcase products that simplify the challenges many retailers face, including the management of labor law posting compliance, minimum wage and other related human resources processes.

At HR Retail 2018, GovDocs (Booth #7) will highlight several ELM solutions, including:

GovDocs Minimum Wage – Web-based application that provides the most up-to-date minimum wage rate data based on a client’s specific locations, built to specifically address the cumbersome, error-prone process of tracking, applying and communicating minimum wage rates across the organization.

GovDocs Update Program – 12-month subscription that automatically provides new or updated labor law posters to applicable locations whenever changes occur. Additional product features include an online dashboard account, visual display guides and branded shipping labels.

E-Verify/Right to Work Update Program – Annual subscription for companies to roll out and easily manage E-Verify nationwide. Updated E-Verify/Right to Work posters are sent to applicable locations whenever a mandatory change occurs.

GovDocs Poster Check – QR code-based tool that gives corporate HR and compliance teams real-time, location-level visibility when new or updated labor law posters are displayed.

In addition, GovDocs is hosting a roundtable session, “The Complexity of Minimum Wage Rate Management,” facilitated by GovDocs staff April 10. See HR Retail 2018 for additional details.
