When will I get my posters?

If you are on GovDocs update program, your updated posters will automatically ship to deliverable addresses on the 10th business day of each month.

You should make it a best practice to update your addresses in your GovDocs platform the first week of the prior month to ensure you receive all updates in a timely manner to stay in compliance.

Please note: When the new year begins in January, that  does not mean you need to replace all your posters. You only need to replace ones with updated postings.

What if my address is undeliverable?

If your GovDocs Posters Dashboard has deemed a location with an address as undeliverable, reach out to contact your Account Manager to re-enroll your location with an updated address.

You location will be out of compliance until you update with your account manager.

How do I get a replacement poster?

Any shipments can be replaced 14 days (not business days) after a shipment is sent if you contact your account manager directly.

As a general rule, consider the 10th business day of the month should start the clock for a replacement.

Update Service: Shipping Options

USPS:

• Basis Service
• Least expensive
• Tracking available until the last Post Office scan.
• No delivery confirmation
• Up to 13 oz (roughly 2 posters) then gets upgraded to 1st class
• No return services

USPS 1st Class: 

• Mid-tier cost
• Daily tracking and confirmation of delivery
• Return service

USPS – GovDocs’ Account:

• Real-time tracking and confirmation of delivery
• Doesn’t require mail receptacle
• Return service

UPS/FedEx – Customer Carrier:

• You can manage through your own business account

Daily Orders: Shipping Options

Default shipping method is UPS:

• $19.99 per shipment

Customer Carrier Daily Orders:

• You can use your own business account with an added handling fee of $2.75
